Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand recipes.
• Basic math skills required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery safely according to SOPs.
• Perform basic machine changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.
• Ensure materials are loaded correctly and replenish supplies.
• Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations in sanitation standards.
• Report mechanical or process issues to supervision or maintenance.
• Support cross-training and flexible task assignments.
• Follow GMP and FSQA training and food safety standards.
• Report food safety hazards or deviations promptly.
• Contribute to the plant's Food Safety Culture.
