Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Candymaker to join our production team. You will measure and blend high‑quality ingredients, operate and maintain candy‑making equipment, and uphold strict quality, safety and efficiency standards.

Your shift runs mid‑afternoons into late evenings, with overtime during peak seasons. Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, able to read recipes, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Able to read and understand recipes.
• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Stand, stoop, bend and lift overhead for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment and mixers safely.
• Cook and mix candies in batches per standards.
• Read formulas/recipes, measurements and thermometers.
• Ensure product specifications are met and monitor batches.
• Oversee multiple processes and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow GMP guidelines and food safety requirements.
• Complete FSQA training and comply with regulations.
• Report food safety hazards to supervisor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Food Safety Culture.
