Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end idea-to-market processes and project lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the chocolate portfolio projects from ideation through post-launch review.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to align scope, resources and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
• Act as gatekeeper of Stage & Gate and PPM processes to ensure disciplined execution.
• Support the development of the 3+3 growth pipeline and align projects with strategic objectives.
