Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Line Operator to safely and efficiently run the molding line, verify product specs, and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will inspect equipment, perform quality checks, follow SOPs, and document production data while adhering to shift rules from 10pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday with some Saturdays. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced conveyor line.
• Mental alertness to identify quality issues.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and computer-based instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect molding line and equipment for safe, efficient operation before start-up.
• Verify product specifications against the production schedule.
• Operate depositor settings to ensure correct weights and material distribution.
• Monitor product quality (weight, gloss, appearance) and adjust as needed.
• Perform changeovers and minor mechanical adjustments between runs.
• Clean, inspect, and lubricate equipment throughout the day.
