Job summary

Blommer Chocolate Company in East Greenville, PA is seeking motivated associates for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7:30am). Base pay is $21.50 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, with benefits starting day one.

You will run milling machines, load cocoa cakes, package finished cocoa, inspect equipment, and maintain clean work areas while following FDA HACCP and GMP standards. Teamwork and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Able to read and write English to perform tasks.
• Basic technology skills to record data.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Run milling machine ensuring smooth product flow and compliance with standards.
• Load cocoa cakes and package finished cocoa in 50 lb bags.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Ensure HACCP, GMP, and FDA guidelines are followed.
• Rotate to other production areas as needed and assist colleagues.
