Job summary

Myo in Santa Monica is hiring clinicians for our premium 1:1 care model, delivering true one-on-one sessions with fewer than eight clients per day. This full-time role combines base compensation with a performance-based fee split, and includes sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

You will benefit from structured onboarding, mentorship in clinical reasoning, ongoing education, and growth paths into leadership, including opportunities as a Founding Team Member.

Qualifications

• 70+ hours of structured onboarding and mentorship in your first 90 days.
• Advance your clinical reasoning, client communication, caseload development, and business skills through on-shift coaching and mentorship.
• Ongoing support from your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician as you build a sustainable caseload within our premium 1:1 care model.
• Access clear growth pathways into leadership, our Senior Clinician Program, and future clinic expansion opportunities as a Founding Team Member.
