Job summary

HCRC consulting in Thatcher, AZ is seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our established practice full time. The ideal candidate delivers patient‑centered care, has strong clinical skills, and enjoys teamwork to grow a patient base and serve the community.

Certification in acupuncture is helpful but not required; duties include exams, X-rays, diagnosis, treatment planning, education, and collaboration with other providers. A potential ownership path is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC).
• Chiropractic license in AZ.
• Certification/training in Acupuncture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patient exams/evaluation including medical history and imaging review.
• Take and review X-rays and formulate diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on ROF, diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle and rehab.
• Assist with decompression, muscle stimulation and rehab when needed.
• Perform chiropractic manual therapy (Diversified, drop table, activator).
• Document progress notes and coordinate with other providers.

Duties

• Patient exams/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
• Take and Review X-rays
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to ROF’s, Diagnosis, treatment plan options, healthy lifestyle advice, lifestyle modifications, and rehab/therapy modalities
• Assist the patient with decompression, muscle stim and low-tech rehab when needed
• Chiropractic Manual therapy Diversified, drop table and activator
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with other providers and staff for comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in AZ
• Certification/training in Acupuncture a plus

Schedule

• Monday thru Friday with office hours ending at 12:30 on Fridays

Salary (range)

• $80k-$120k /year (depending on experience and training)
