The Joint Chiropractic seeks a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing Phoenix team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a streamlined, supportive environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best: improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

The position requires weekend availability and a Sunday–Thursday schedule in Phoenix. The compensation package includes a base salary of $80,000 DOE plus bonus potential, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college is required.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam) and eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
