HealthCare Recruitment Counselors is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Salem, Oregon. This full-time role offers a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $130,000+ with bonus potential, along with a 401(k) plan and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC).
• Active Oregon Chiropractic license or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary medical setting.
• Public speaking/community education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient consultations and comprehensive exams.
• Take and review X-rays.
• Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments using multiple techniques (Diversified, manual, activator, drop table).
• Perform re-exams and progress evaluations.
• Apply therapies and modalities for injury recovery.
• Educate patients on healing, injuries, and different treatment plans/options.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with providers and team members for coordinated care.
• Build strong patient relationships and support retention.
