Join a thriving, patient-focused chiropractic practice in Salem, OR that has been serving the community for over 8 years. We're seeking a licensed Chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients improve their health through hands-on care. Whether you're an experienced doctor or a recent graduate eager to learn, we provide mentorship, a supportive team, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. 4 day work week with 3 days off either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Friday.

What You'll Do

• Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and personalized treatment plans (Manual Therapy, Rehab exercises, and corrective care)
• Review patient histories, X-rays, and progress to deliver high-quality care
• Educate patients on posture, stretching, rehabilitation exercises, and home care
• Complete accurate daily documentation and chart notes
• Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed
• Work closely with chiropractic assistants and massage therapists to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, individualized care
• Follow clinic protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and continuing professional development
