Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Richland, WA is expanding with full-time and part-time Chiropractors to deliver high-quality, routine spinal care in a convenient retail setting.

You will consult with patients, perform adjustments, educate on care plans, document visits, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations while building strong patient relationships and promoting membership programs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV or SPEC exam completion.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health histories and examining neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to spine and joints to improve function.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange and interpret diagnostic imaging when needed.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary

With this being a new clinic we are seeking both Full Time and Part Time Chiropractors. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

This role requires weekend availability.
