Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Federal Way, WA is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our clinic team in a full-time capacity. This position centers on delivering high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, with a focus on improving lives through consistent, patient-centered treatment.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, performing manual adjustments, educating clients on care plans, maintaining records, and supporting membership growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Current DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV or SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Chiropractor – Full-Time Monday-Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

This role requires availability Monday-Friday 10am-7pm.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary: $100,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
