Chiro 1st of Washington seeks a driven chiropractor for a full-time, high-demand schedule at multiple clinics. You will deliver evidence-informed chiropractic care within a rehabilitation-focused model and lead a skilled team of assistants and rehab staff.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base, a lucrative total compensation range, signing bonus, relocation assistance, medical insurance, and paid time off. Washington licensure and ongoing professional development are supported.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic in Washington.
• Evidence-informed chiropractic care in a rehabilitation-focused model.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with assistants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed chiropractic care within a rehabilitation-focused model.
• Conduct Day 1 and Day 2 visits, deliver clear reports of findings, and confidently recommend appropriate care plans.
• Lead and collaborate with a trained team of chiropractic assistants and rehabilitation staff.
• Use established systems for documentation, re-examinations, patient communication, and retention.
• Work with clinic leadership to achieve clinical, patient-experience, and production goals.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient documentation.
• Help create a professional, accountable, and positive clinic culture.
