Job summary

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a licensed Chiropractor to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Everett, WA. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a strong earning potential, and comprehensive benefits as part of a collaborative care team serving the greater Seattle area.

You will perform examinations, develop treatment plans, and provide adjustments along with evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
Active Washington chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure in WA.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial and follow-up exams including patient health histories and static assessments.
Review diagnostic X-rays where appropriate and support clinical decision-making.
Establish diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
Explain findings, options, and goals during patient consultations.
Provide chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, and rehabilitation modalities.
Apply soft tissue techniques such as ART, IASTM, and fascial release as trained.
Educate patients on home exercises, lifestyle changes, and ongoing care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as reassessments occur.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with the integrated clinical team and support staff.
