Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our South Weymouth, MA clinic on a part-time basis, weekends and Monday, delivering high-quality routine care in a patient-centered, streamlined retail setting.

The role requires a Doctor of Chiropractic, valid DC license, NBCE exam, and strong communication. We offer company-paid malpractice insurance and hourly compensation with opportunities for growth within a franchisee-owned network.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV or SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
