Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active Chiropractic license in OH.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports).
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and home care.
• Perform chiropractic care including full spine adjustments, Thompson, diversified, rehab and modalities.
• Document and chart notes timely and accurately.
• Work cooperatively with the team for comprehensive patient care.
• Follow up to ensure treatment goals are met.
