Life Time, Inc. is hiring a Chiropractor to join LifeClinic within Life Time facilities in the United States. You’ll provide adjustments, IMJT, and rehab, with 30-minute 1:1 visits in a cash-based model.

The base salary starts at $80,000 and can reach $90,000, plus a monthly incentive driving total annual compensation beyond $150,000. Expect to work 50+ hours weekly, including Saturday mornings, and to market services while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualificações

• Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with training in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Practice Model:

• 30-minute, 1:1 patientvisits

• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year

• Selling– getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan – includes presenting financial care plans to patients

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs,monitoringprogress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing toLife Timemembers and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintainaccurate,timelySOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate withLife Timestaff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
