Life Time, Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to join Life Clinic within Life Time facilities. This role involves providing adjustments, IMJT, and rehab exercises to a cash-based patient base across 75+ locations (on track for 200).

The position starts at $80,000 salary with potential to exceed $150,000 annually through monthly performance incentives; schedule includes 50+ hours per week and Saturday mornings to build a client base.

Qualifications

• Licensed chiropractor with ability to perform adjustments and IMJT.
• Experience guiding rehab exercise programs and monitoring progress.
• Strong communication with patients and ability to present care plans.

Responsabilités

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans including financial and scheduling options and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain SOAP notes and manage scheduling and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff for integrated care delivery.

Practice Model

• 30-minute, 1:1 patientvisits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e.reducework daysor clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs,monitoringprogress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing toLife Timemembers and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintainaccurate,timelySOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate withLife Timestaff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
