Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking skilled chiropractors to join our network in Florida. This role offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, a competitive salary up to $95k per year, and company paid malpractice insurance.

We provide support with marketing, insurance management, and back-office administration so you can focus on patient care. Responsibilities include patient consults, spine evaluations, adjustments, patient education, and maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• NBCE Part I–IV with passing scores.
• NBCE SPEC exam acceptable as Part IV alternative.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and performing examinations.
• Evaluate neuro-musculoskeletal systems and the spine to diagnose conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints.
• Educate patients on lifestyle benefits and propose a treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate patient case histories and records.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships and ensure quality care.
• Market and sell membership packages as appropriate.

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
• Evaluate patients’ neuro-musculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuro-musculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
• Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
• Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.

Qualifications needed:

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE
• A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state
