HCRC consulting in Lancaster, PA seeks an experienced Chiropractor to join as Clinic Director full-time, blending hands-on patient care with clinic leadership, mentorship, and strategic growth.

The Lead DC will manage care plans, lead staff, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with ownership on performance. PA license required, 2+ years' experience preferred, and training in spinal decompression and Class IV laser is a plus.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) licensed to practice in PA.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in spinal decompression and Class IV laser management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care.
• Create and manage care plans.
• Educate patients and drive strong retention and outcomes.
• Utilize therapies such as spinal decompression, Class IV laser, and digital X-ray (training available).
• Lead and mentor Chiropractic Assistants and staff.
