HCRC Consulting in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our established, growing practice. We provide a holistic approach to care that goes beyond treating pain and focus on long-term health and wellness.

You will perform diverse adjustment techniques, integrate soft tissue work, educate patients on treatment plans, and help build lasting relationships while contributing to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.
• North Carolina license or ability to obtain.
• Strong adjusting and soft tissue skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Growth-minded and coachable.
• Comfortable discussing elective and wellness-based care.
• Passion for holistic health and long-term patient wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Thompson & Activator, ART & Graston, Dry Needling & Cupping, Laser Therapy, Acupuncture, and Nutrition).
• Incorporate soft tissue work into patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment recommendations and long-term wellness.
• Build strong patient relationships and encourage retention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes.
• Participate in light practice marketing and growth initiatives.

We’re looking for a growth-minded DC who is a strong communicator and believes in combining quality chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue treatment to help patients achieve long‑term health and wellness. Soft tissue work is an important part of this position. Experience with all other techniques is not required.

What You'll Do
