Job summary

Cornerstone Health Center is seeking a licensed chiropractor to join a fast-growing, mission‑driven team in the Charlotte area. You will perform exams, take X‑rays, and provide care recommendations, while educating patients on at-home care and lifestyle changes.

You will adjust using arthrostim, drop table, Pettibon, and diversified techniques, collaborate on patient workshops, maintain EMRs and reports, and contribute to team training in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed chiropractor in good standing.
• Experience delivering patient education and long-term care.
• Competence with X-ray interpretation and report documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exams, take X-rays, and deliver care recommendations.
• Adjust using arthrostim, drop table, Pettibon, and diversified techniques.
• Educate patients on at-home care and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate on patient workshops and marketing events.
• Maintain clear EMRs, X-ray reports, and care goals.
• Participate in team training and regular meetings.

• Maintain clear EMRs, X-ray reports, and care goals

• Support team training and attend regular meetings

What We Offer:

• $85K–$100K base + up to $12K annual bonus potential

• $1,200/year health stipend

• Malpractice coverage (up to $1,000/year)

• PTO package: 80 hours PTO, 24 hours sick time, 24 hours bereavement
