Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a chiropractor to join LifeClinicSummary across Life Time facilities. You’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises in a 30-minute, 1:1 format with a fitness-focused, cash-based client base.

The role offers a salary starting at $80,000 with potential to reach $150,000+ annually through monthly performance incentives. Expect 50+ hour weeks, Saturday mornings, and opportunities to build a client base while marketing services on the fitness floor.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, rehab protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with empathetic patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehabilitation exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans including financial and scheduling options.
• Maintain SOAP notes, manage scheduling and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.

Practice Model:

• 30-minute, 1:1 patientvisits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e.reducework daysor clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

• Marketing– engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor
• Selling– getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan – includes presenting financial care plans to patients

• Excited about base + performance-based pay
• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations – usually takes 6 months
• Committed to marketing (i.e.demos of our soft tissue technique)

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs,monitoringprogress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing toLife Timemembers and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintainaccurate,timelySOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate withLife Timestaff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies
