Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active Chiropractic license in IN.
• Additional accreditations such as CCSP/DABCSP/CSCS/NASM/DACBN are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient evaluations including history and tests.
• Take and interpret X-rays when clinically indicated.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications to support care.
• Document encounters in EHR the same day of service.
• Collaborate with staff and other providers for continuity of care.
• Attend weekly case reviews with the clinic director.
