Job summary

HCRC consulting in Indianapolis, IN seeks a motivated full-time Chiropractor dedicated to building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality, individualized care. The candidate will perform exams, review imaging, develop treatment plans, and work closely with a collaborative team to achieve patient health and wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active Chiropractic license in IN.
• Must have knowledge in rehab and soft tissue treatment.
• Familiarity with Motion Palpation Institute training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams including medical history and focused exam.
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
• Administer chiropractic care including adjustments, ART, Graston, SFMA, DNS, acupuncture, dry needling.
• Supervise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care and rehab.
• Document and chart patient notes timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with team for comprehensive patient care.
• Follow up with patients to reassess goals and outcomes.
