Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited program, IN license current.
• Experience or willingness to work across Elkhart and Goshen offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations, including history and tests.
• Take and interpret X-rays as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and exercises.
• Document encounters in EHR the day of service.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in weekly reviews.
