Job summary

Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is assisting a Santa Cruz chiropractic office in recruiting a full-time Chiropractor. The role offers a 4-day work week with 25-30 hours of patient care and a salary range of $100k-$150k+ annually with no ceiling.

The successful candidate will perform exams, diagnose, adjust, educate patients, maintain documentation, and contribute to practice growth by marketing and building a patient base within an established clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Chiropractic Program (DC).
• Chiropractor Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in California.
• Preferably live within easily commutable distance.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic examinations and re-examinations
• Formulate diagnosis and develop/present care plans
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments (Diversified/Palmer/Thompson)
• Support patient education and long-term treatment outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with compliance standards
• Marketing to ensure patient base and practice growth
