Job summary

The Joint Corp. in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join as a full-time team member. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a streamlined setting, focusing on routine chiropractic care to improve lives.

Responsibilities include patient consultations, spinal adjustments, treatment planning, and maintaining records. You will also support membership sales while building strong doctor-patient relationships in a franchisee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
