Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our full-time team in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will deliver high-quality routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, focusing on improving patient lives.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 10 am–7 pm and Saturday 10 am–4 pm, with a 4-5 day workweek and competitive pay. Franchisee employment terms apply, with medical benefits and PTO for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
