The Joint Chiropractic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a full-time position Tue–Sat to deliver high-quality routine care in a convenient retail setting. You will focus on evaluating neuromusculoskeletal health and providing effective adjustments to improve lives.

This role includes a generous base salary of $90,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, franchise-wide system.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team.
