We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated provider who enjoys working collaboratively with an experienced team that has proudly served the community for over 30 years.

You’ll receive both clinical and professional mentorship within a proven care model that prioritizes quality, consistency, and patient outcomes — not high-volume, fast-turn environments.
