Healthcare Recruitment Counselors seeks a dedicated Chiropractor for a full-time position in Elkhart, IN, covering our Elkhart and Goshen offices. The role offers mentorship, a patient-first approach, and a collaborative team with 30+ years of experience.

Responsibilities include evaluations, imaging, custom treatment plans, and ongoing patient education. Compensation ranges from $75k–$90k base with quarterly bonuses up to a total comp of $95k–$110k, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program.
• Active IN Chiropractic license.
• Additional accreditations (CCSP/DABCSP/CSCS/NASM/DACBN) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient evaluations, including history and spinal assessments.
• Take, analyze, and interpret X-rays when clinically indicated.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on exam findings and goals.
• Document all encounters in the EHR the same day of service.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications to support chiropractic care.
• Collaborate with the clinic team and attend weekly case reviews.

Chiropractor Elkhart IN (15 miles E of South Bend)

Total comp $95k-$110k

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Elkhart IN. We are conveniently located about 15 miles east of South Bend. Ideally, we are seeking a compassionate go getter, who enjoys collaborating with an excellent team with over 30 years of experience serving our community! You’ll be mentored clinically and professionally in a proven care model that prioritizes quality, consistency, and outcomes — not fast-turn environments. Whether you’re a recent grad or a chiropractor looking for a stronger team culture, we’d love to meet you. We have multiple offices and the incoming chiropractor may be covering both our office in Elkhart and Goshen (about 20 minutes apart).

Duties:

• Perform initial patient evaluations, including history, orthopedic/neurological testing, and spinal assessments.
• Take, analyze, and interpret X-rays when clinically indicated.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on exam findings, imaging, and patient goals.
• Review findings and care recommendations with patients in a clear, compassionate manner.
• Chiropractic care Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Activator (we can provide training), Webster, Drop-piece knowledgeable, and Active Release Technique/Myofascial release and adjunctive therapies (manual therapy, soft tissue, therapeutic exercise instruction, traction, or physiotherapy modalities as appropriate).
• Document all encounters in electronic health records (EHR) the same day of service.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercise, posture, and nutrition to support chiropractic care.
• Conduct progress exams/x-rays and modify care plans as necessary.
• Participate in team huddles and communicate effectively with staff (front desk, CAs, billing).
• Collaborate with other providers and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Attend weekly case reviews or training sessions with the clinic director.
• Participate in occasional community outreach events, workshops, or health talks representing the clinic.
• Support the clinic’s mission by delivering exceptional care and fostering long‑term patient relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in IN
• Additional accreditations a plus CCSP/DABCSP/CSCS/NASM/DACBN

Schedule:

• Full time

Salary (range):

• $75-90k, based on experience plus quarterly compensation for total comp up to $95k-$110k
