Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Doctor of Chiropractic in Hales Corners, WI. This position offers Part Time to Full Time, with flexible scheduling and the potential for ownership pathways. Competitive pay ranges from $30 to $38 per hour, plus merit-based bonus opportunities.

Clinic hours span Monday–Friday 10a–2p and 2:45p–7p, Saturdays 10a–4p, closed Sundays. Ideal candidates hold a Doctor of Chiropractic, a valid Wisconsin license, and are open to joining a growing, family-owned practice

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (Part IV acceptable alternative).
• Valid Wisconsin DC license.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health histories and examining patients.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to diagnose conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate case histories and patient records.
• Build positive doctor–patient relationships and promote appropriate membership plans.
