Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking a full-time Chiropractor to join our Elmsford, NY practice, just outside NYC. You will develop and manage individualized treatment plans, perform exams, interpret imaging, and provide high-quality chiropractic care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) is required.
• Active Chiropractic license in NY is required.
• Excellent communication with patients and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work closely with patients and provide high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical exam, and review of imaging.
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis; develop and prepare treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and home care.
• Administer chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Gonstead, drops, activator) and related therapies.
• Document and chart notes; coordinate care with the team and support staff.
• Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are met.

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Elmsford, NY. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is an excellent communicator, fantastic adjuster who is wellness and correction based, who loves helping others reach their health and wellness goals!! Duties

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Gonstead, drops, some activator, some soft tissue work, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements
