The Joint Chiropractic Groton is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join a walk-in, cash-based clinic network serving eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. You will deliver high-quality adjustments in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment while support staff handle marketing, operations, and administration.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Active state license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide chiropractic adjustments and patient consultations.
• Deliver care within an established walk-in clinical model.
• Educate patients on routine chiropractic care and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate imaging or referrals when clinically appropriate.
• Build long-term patient relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Associate Chiropractor – Groton, CT (Multi-Clinic Network)

About the Role

Join an established, walk-in, cash-based chiropractic clinic network with a strong and growing patient base across eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Our practice focuses on full spinal and extremity adjustments using diversified and manual techniques, drop table, and activator. We serve adults, youth, and pediatric patients in a supportive, modern wellness environment where doctors can focus purely on patient care while we handle marketing, operations, staffing, and administration.

We utilize clear clinical systems to support a consistent, efficient patient experiencein a collaborative care team model while still allowing doctors to exercise professional clinical judgment. As our network continues to grow, we are expanding our chiropractic team to meet increasing community demand.

We are building a growing multi-clinic network across eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island, creating opportunities for long-term professional growth and leadership. This role may evolve into Clinical Director responsibilities, including associate mentorship, clinical oversight, training, and helping shape clinic culture.

As we expand, leadership roles and future partnership opportunities may be available for doctors who demonstrate strong clinical performance, reliability, leadership, and long-term commitment to the practice. In certain cases, qualified doctors may also have the opportunity to serve in a Professional Corporation (PC) role, in accordance with state regulations.

We are open to both experienced chiropractors and newer graduates who want mentorship, structured systems, and a clear path for growth.

Full Time and Part Time Roles Available

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Full-time: 40 hours per week, including Saturday rotations

Part-time: Fixed weekly schedule with consistent hours

Doctors may occasionally provide support across the clinic network based on operational needs.
