HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a motivated Chiropractor in Dallas, TX to step into a Clinic Director-level associate role with leadership responsibilities and growth potential. The practice combines multidisciplinary care with a long-standing community presence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of chiropractic experience, a DC degree, and a TX license, with a track record in leadership and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and Texas Chiropractic license are required.
• Strong adjusting, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
• Clinic Director-level leadership experience or strong potential to grow into one.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient exams and re-exams.
• Take and interpret X-rays and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Thompson, flexion-distraction, instrument adjusting).
• Deliver soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation therapies.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide clinical leadership to support practice growth.
• Collaborate with providers and staff.
• Engage in patient outreach and marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor / Clinic Director-Level Associate to join our established, multidisciplinary practice in Dallas, TX. We have proudly served the Dallas metroplex for more than 20 years and offer a supportive team environment with excellent long-term growth potential.

We are especially interested in an experienced Chiropractor who is ready to step into a Clinic Director-level role, help lead the practice, mentor others, and potentially grow into a Managing Partner position. Ideally, candidates will have 5+ years of experience, although highly motivated and talented newer doctors with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Perform new patient exams and re-exams

• Provide chiropractic adjustments, including Diversified, Thompson, flexion-distraction, and instrument adjusting

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience
