Job summary

The role reports to the Clinical Director and focuses on manual adjustments, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative care with orthopedic specialists, therapists, and other clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds a New Jersey Chiropractic License, understands neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions, and embraces a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey Chiropractic License.
• Proficient understanding of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, and sports-related ailments.
• Experience with manual therapies and dietary interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster rapport with patients and prioritize individual goals.
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments with precision to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
• Evaluate neuromuscular and skeletal function using chiropractic diagnostics.
• Coordinate on-site or referral-based diagnostic exams for holistic care.
• Support marketing through outreach activities.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and refine care standards.
• Mentor teammates and promote professional growth.
• Pursue ongoing education and share knowledge with colleagues.
