Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics, located in Union, New Jersey, seeks a Chiropractic Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. The role reports to the Clinical Director and focuses on manual adjustments, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative care with orthopedic specialists, therapists, and other clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds a New Jersey Chiropractic License, understands neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions, and embraces a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey Chiropractic License.
• Proficient understanding of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, and sports-related ailments.
• Experience with manual therapies and dietary interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster rapport with patients and prioritize individual goals.
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments with precision to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
• Evaluate neuromuscular and skeletal function using chiropractic diagnostics.
• Coordinate on-site or referral-based diagnostic exams for holistic care.
• Support marketing through outreach activities.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and refine care standards.
