The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor and Clinic Director for a full-time role in University Place, Washington. • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree required.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.

• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Chiropractor/Clinic Director – Full-Time Monday-Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor and Clinic Director to join our clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. As Clinic Director, you will help with the day-to-day operations with the ownership team and other Clinic Directors at other locations.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

This role requires availability Monday-Friday with Occasional Saturdays as needed. Schedule will be adjusted accordingly as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $100,000-$110,000depending on experience
