Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Wisconsin is seeking Doctors of Chiropractic for part-time Saturday coverage with 10am-4pm shifts. Competitive pay of $30-38 per hour with merit-based bonus opportunities, plus medical, dental, PTO, and CE reimbursement. This role offers a pathway toward ownership through collaboration with a growing team across clinics.

Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 10am-2pm and 2:45pm-7pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm, closed Sundays. We value family, growth, and long-term flourishing for our team.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• NBCE Parts I–IV with Part IV NBCE SPEC acceptable alternative.
• Active Wisconsin DC license.
• Malpractice insurance eligibility in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health histories and examining patients.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to diagnose conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to spine and articulations.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient case histories and records.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Promote membership plans and packages when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system
• Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Passionately recommend membership plans and packages to provide patients appropriate, affordable care!

Qualifications needed:

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE (A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV)
• Valid Wisconsin DC license
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Wisconsin
