Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to room patients, record vitals, and communicate patient needs to providers. You will support clerical tasks, educate patients on treatments, and set up therapy equipment as prescribed.

Priority is given to applicants with a Medical Assistant certification and a bilingual English/Spanish ability, with at least a high school diploma and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Current BLS Certification; hybrid or in-person acceptable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Report patient primary complaints to the provider.
• Assist the doctor with clerical tasks.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and medical equipment.
• Set patients on therapy machines per the provider’s plan.
• Notate and report patient pain levels.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with front desk duties and scheduling.

CA’s also set patients up on therapy machines, assist the doctor with various clerical tasks, educate patients on treatment plans and medical equipment used.
