Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. You’ll deliver 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits in a cash-based practice model with a proven training blueprint and flexible schedule.

The base salary starts at $80,000 with additional incentives that can push total cash compensation to $150,000+ per year. Expect 50+ hours per week, some Saturday mornings, and a strong emphasis on marketing and

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient.
• Design rehab exercise programs and monitor progress.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans including financial and scheduling options, and follow up.
• Maintain SOAP notes, manage scheduling, and coordinate with staff.

Practice Model

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs,monitoringprogress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing toLife Timemembers and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintainaccurate,timelySOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate withLife Timestaff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
