Job summary

HCRC consulting in Ohio seeks a motivated chiropractor to join our established practice. You will deliver high-quality adjustments, build strong patient relationships, and participate in daily team meetings.

We offer a 4-day work week, a base salary starting at $84,000 with first-year earnings potential of $175,000+, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, malpractice, 401(k), CE travel, and PTO.

Qualifications

• D.C. degree and licensure in good standing.
• Experience with diversified, Webster, Flexion-distraction, decompression therapies.
• Ability to educate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality adjustments with patient care and communication.
• Perform new patient consultations, examinations, digital X-ray reviews.
• Develop and explain individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients on condition, treatment, wellness goals.
• Participate in daily morning team meetings and prep patient files.
• Review schedules and patient accounts for great patient experience.
• Build referrals through service and relationships.
• Represent practice at community talks, screenings, events.
• Assist with in-office educational presentations and marketing.
