HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a licensed Chiropractor for a full-time position in Bolingbrook, IL, offering a 4-day work week and a competitive salary of $80K–$90K plus quarterly bonuses. The role emphasizes a 34-36 clinical hour week with admin time and a strong support team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, is trained in C4C or Everest systems, and is comfortable with insurance-based care plans.

Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited program.
• Active IL chiropractic license.
• 3–5+ years of practice experience.
• Experience with C4C or Everest systems.
• Ability to work in an insurance-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial visits, progress exams, and re-exams.
• Diagnosis.
• Deliver manual adjustments and therapy treatments (Utilize Diversified, Flexion Distraction, Graston, Cupping, Exercise Therapy, Decompression, SoftWave and soft tissue techniques).
• Maintain accurate charting, coding, and daily documentation.
• Participate in daily team huddles and end-of-day reporting.
• Collaborate with front desk and office manager on patient care and scheduling.
