Role Description The Chiropractor role at The Joint Chiropractic is a full-time, on-site position located in the South Bend–Mishawaka Region. The Chiropractor will provide patient assessments, perform chiropractic adjustments, and develop individualized care plans focused on pain relief and wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations, documenting clinical findings, educating patients on spinal health and lifestyle recommendations, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality of care. The role also involves collaborating with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow, supporting patient retention, and promoting a welcoming, professional clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in the spine and musculoskeletal system, with the ability to assess and explain related conditions clearly to patients.
• Strong knowledge of chiropractic principles and medicine, including evidence-informed practice and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in a range of chiropractic adjustments and techniques, performed safely and effectively for diverse patient populations.
• Active Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college and current, unrestricted chiropractic license (or eligibility) in the state of practice.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to all regulatory and professional standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, manage a steady patient volume, and collaborate with support staff.
