Job summary

Brielle Integrated Healthcare in Brielle, NJ is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to provide evidence-based care for spine and musculoskeletal conditions. You will perform adjustments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document patient encounters as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

You will educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise, and lifestyle choices to support long-term wellness, and participate in practice growth activities.

Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited institution and NJ license (or eligible).
• Strong clinical knowledge of the spine and musculoskeletal system.
• Proficient chiropractic techniques with patient-centered care.
• Understanding of general medicine and referral when needed.
• Excellent communication to explain treatment and wellness.
• Collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach with PT/massage/acupuncture.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with EHR.
• Commitment to ethics, ongoing learning, CE participation.
• Prior clinical experience in chiropractic or integrated care preferred.

Role Description

The Chiropractor will provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of spine and musculoskeletal conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing adjustments and other manual therapies, documenting patient encounters, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physical therapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists to deliver integrated care. The role also involves educating patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise, and lifestyle choices to support long-term wellness, as well as participating in practice growth activities as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brielle, NJ, requiring consistent presence in the clinic and active participation in the care team.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge of the spine and musculoskeletal system, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage related conditions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in chiropractic techniques and adjustments, with a commitment to safe, patient-centered care.
• Solid understanding of general medicine principles relevant to chiropractic practice, including when to refer to other providers.
• Current Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution and active, unrestricted New Jersey chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans and wellness concepts clearly to diverse patients.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a multi-disciplinary team (PT, massage, acupuncture) to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records or practice management systems.
• Commitment to professional ethics, ongoing learning, and participation in continuing education and industry best practices.
• Prior clinical experience in a chiropractic or integrated healthcare setting is preferred.
