Job summary

NEO Surgical Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) to join our expanding healthcare team in Florida. The role focuses on patient assessments, treatment delivery, documentation, and care coordination in a fast-paced multidisciplinary practice.

The CCPA will work closely with chiropractic providers, perform therapies such as manual therapy and shockwave, support clinical operations, and educate patients on care plans and home exercises.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) certification is required.
• Full-time availability is required.
• Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, sports medicine, orthopedics, physical medicine, or multidisciplinary healthcare settings preferred.
• Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
• Comfortable cross-training in Medical Assistant (MA) and other clinical support responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitative care.
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems for clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including new patient assessments and progress evaluations, and document findings.
• Provide individualized patient care following provider-directed treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic procedures including manual therapy, shockwave therapy, kinesiology taping, and other modalities.
• Monitor patient comfort, safety, and response to treatment and adjust approaches as needed.
• Assist with clinical responsibilities to support efficient patient care and patient flow.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and follow-up care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
