Qualifications

• Current CCPA certification/licensure is required.
• Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, physical medicine, orthopedic, sports medicine, or multidisciplinary settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience with EMR/EHR documentation systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including initial evaluations, re-examinations, and ROF per clinic protocols.
• Assess patient condition, treatment progress, and response to care.
• Clearly communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations to patients.
• Ensure evaluations support medical necessity and continuity of care.
• Provide one-on-one patient treatment following established care plans.
• Perform therapies including manual therapy, shockwave therapy, taping, modalities, and rehab exercises.
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and response during treatment.
• Modify treatment techniques within scope of practice under supervision.
• Assist patients with therapies and rehabilitation exercises.
• Record vital signs and patient updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort.
• Support provider workflow and efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with providers and staff; communicate progress to supervising provider.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home care, follow-up.
• Encourage patient compliance to improve outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and integrity; uphold HIPAA.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
