Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare services and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review provider schedules and prepare patient charts prior to appointments.
• Review EMR templates for patient preparation.
• Document patient history, vital signs, and complaints in EMR.
• Prepare patients for chiropractic evaluations and treatments.
• Assist chiropractors during examinations and procedures as directed.
• Manage patient flow and schedule follow-ups.
• Verify demographic and insurance information.
• Obtain outside records and imaging for continuity of care.
• Educate patients on services and referrals.
