The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Norman, OK clinic. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a busy walk-in setting, handling check-ins and payments, and supporting the team to ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, explaining membership options, processing sales, and tracking metrics. Availability Monday and Tuesday, 9:30am–7:00pm, in Norman, OK, with base pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.
• Basic computer and payment processing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with a friendly, professional first impression.
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions.
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.
• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.
• Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team.
